Must have flexible schedule as duties will require some night and weekend events. Saturday shifts are a must. Reliable transportation is also a must. Candidate must be able to maintain professionalism with Back of House staff as well as with guest/client interaction.
We are currently looking for the right person to assist in our production kitchen - Primarily weekly prep and off premise events based on experience.
-Time will be split between production kitchen and event sites.
