About the Role

We are looking for a Wedding Coordinator Assistant to assist our Lead Wedding Coordinator with various tasks at, and leading up to, our wedding events.

A Wedding Coordinator Assistant must be well-organized and comfortable with client and vendor communication. Interpersonal skills and attention to detail will set apart the best candidates. Passion for good food and great service is important to our team.

-traveling to and remaining on site for events from start to finish
-overseeing the work of waitstaff, kitchen staff, and bartenders from when they arrive to when they exit each event
-providing constructive feedback when needed in a professional and appropriate manor
overseeing the flow and success of wedding events from beginning to end
interacting with other vendors at events in a positive and collaborative manner, while also ensuring that our requirements for a successful service are prioritized appropriately
packing equipment that’s needed for events
-weekly meetings to track progress, create goals, and address needs / questions
organization of client files and information
-complete venue / site visits ahead of events
networking with vendors and peers in the industry


  • 2 years of team leadership skills preferred

  • experience as event coordinator is a plus but willing to train the right candidate

  • consistent Friday and Saturday availability is a must

  • reliable transportation

  • willingness to travel up to 2 hours to site locations (partially paid travel time)

  • part time position with the ability to grow into a full time, year round roll

  • can lift 45+ lbs
