Mezzanine Catering is looking for industry professionals who deserve a little work/life balance. We believe being home for dinner most nights and having a weekend day off should be the standard. We emphasize a collaborative environment in the production kitchen, and at off-site events, where all the jobs are important. We accommodate parties of 5 to 500 people.

Ideal candidates will have;
- Reliable transportation (this is a must)
-Experience working in a professional kitchen
-Flexible availability as schedule will require some night and weekend events
-Professionalism with BOH and FOH staff as well as with guest/client interactions.
-Passion for scratch made food, creativity, communication and problem solving skills are important to our team.

-Schedule will consist of a mix of weekday production and some nights and weekend events.
