Andrea was born in Guatemala and now resides in South Hampton with her husband of eight years. Splitting her early years between Guatemala and the United States, she made the U.S. her permanent home 15 years ago. Her love for cooking began with her grandmother, who inspired her to explore the art of creating sweet and savory delights.

Andrea holds an associate’s degree in Business Administration and Culinary Arts from Middlesex Community College. Most recently, she worked at a high-volume restaurant on the seacoast before seizing the opportunity to join the Mezzanine Catering team full-time. Andrea finds great fulfillment in her role, appreciating the mentorship and creative freedom she now enjoys. She loves to explore new cuisines and infuse bold flavors into her work. With her creativity, cultural influences, and passion for growth, Andrea is an invaluable part of the team.

When Andrea isn’t in the kitchen, you’ll likely find her walking along the beach, a place she turns to for peace and inspiration. Her yearly trips back to Guatemala keep her connected to her roots and culture, which she weaves beautifully into her work at Mezzanine.
